I reviewed your post and I understand that you have lost the purchase invoice for your computer and the service center is not honoring the computer warranty.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you checked the warranty status of your computer on the HP website?

https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

If the computer is showing warranty on the above website, then I recommend you contact support and then raise a support ticket and contact the service center and they will honor the warranty.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

In case, if the HP website is showing that the warranty is expired and you have purchased the computer within the last 1 year then contact the store or the online store and request them to issue a duplicate invoice.

In most of the eCommerce website, there will be an option to download the invoice in case if you have purchased it online.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

P.S: Welcome to the HP Support Community 😊
