I want to upgrade RAM Omen 16 cxxxxx ryzen 7 5800 with rtx 3070 to 64GB 3200mhz, is it possible?

Well, that depends on what the "xxxxx" stands for.

 

For example, if you got an HP Omen 16-c0002dx, then the answer is no: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-omen-16-c0002dx (2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks), but if you got, say an HP Omen 16-c0011nt, then the answer would be yes: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-omen-16-c0011nt- (2 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks).
