I have an hp omen 16 whose adapter is not working I contacted hp service on whatsapp they first told me that I will get a new adapter asked me for serial number and ct number of the adapter 1 day later I messaged them again for the updates they said share the invoice, I shared the invoice as well then they said serial number is not clear, any human being with eyes can see the serial number pretty clearly but hp employees and very ignorant and rejected my case. Hp do something I can't spend more 6000 rs for an adapter that I purchased it 7 months ago.
