Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Well, after THREE years HP has fixed the bug in Omen Command Centre, or whatever they call it now and my CPU temperature actually changes from a static 70 deg C to a more realistic 45, 46,47,48 deg C.  I'd like to thank HP, but I can't because I didn't speak or communicate with any technician that could understand the problem or who could offer a solution that was not stupid.
