Is there a way that i can increase my laptop disk size (256GB, only is very low ) ? Can i buy a disk or ssd with more space and change it ? if yes wich one works in my pc and do i have to reinstall windows on the new disk or it is instaled already on the recovery disk ?

Yes you can increase the amount of space 2 ways.
Upgrade the existing M.2 NVMe SSD to a larger one or install a conventional hard drive in the empty area made for HDD's.
Only problem is, it wont have the brackets and connector cable to install it with. You can purchase that from the HP store but it will be a bit pricey.
Page 31 of the manual.
You will have to reinstall Windows if upgrading the M.2 drive.
Or you can create an image of the existing drive and migrate it over to the new M.2 drive. Aomei or Macrium are examples of Imaging software.
If you add a Sata HDD, you can just use it as storage and the existing M.2 drive for booting.

you can find that number in the HP Support Assistant or reboot the PC and tap F1 to access the info menu as the computer first starts up.
