Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0100ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently increased the ram in this laptop from 8Gb to 16Gb DDR4  3200  Mhz but both of my rams are running at a base clock of 2400mhz can anyone tell me how to increase the frequency of the rams to its maximum speed.

The maximum speed your notebook's processor/chipset can run the memory at is limited to 2400 MHz, so there is no way to make the 3200 MHz memory run any faster than that.
