i can't see this card installed in windows.  the tecnical support send me drivers to install but i have the following error: 10.0.18363

the technical support says nvdia and intel graphics work parrarel but i can't see the card in windows. ( version 1909)

@Arist1988, hello I had a similar question a while back.  What we figured out was this:  If your Nvidia GPU is higher than a GTX 1650  (or higher than a GTX 1050 for the previous vintage) then the HP Omen laptops do not offer any method at all of using the intel integrated GPU.  In other words, there is no Optimus or Mux to support this functionality.  So if you're goal is to stretch battery life during times when you don't need the discrete GPU, you're not able to in Omen laptops with the higher end GPUs.  I have a GTX 1660 ti GPU and I don't have optimus.  But again, if GTX 1650 or below, then optimus is available.  

On the bright side, many people indicate that Optimus does degrade gaming performance because even when using the Nvidia GPU, it has to pass through the iGPU in order to reach the laptop's display panel.  There are (apparently) some higher end laptops that have a true MUX that can give the best of both worlds, but I don't have details, and these aren't from HP.  

One other thing.  I've read that if G-sync is supported on the laptop's display panel, then you cannot have Optimus.  But this is where a true MUX could possibly work, but I'm not personally certain about this from experience / it's just what I read.
