OMEN Laptop - 15-dh1003ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had that issue for a while, but addressed it only now, because I thought overheating was caused by lack of cleaning and service. But now as I've had cleaned cooling system and changed thermal paste, the core is still acting weird.

I'll attach some pics from gaming hub.

Temp record while I was writing this post (no other app open, Gaming hub performance mode.

I just want to know if it is okay to have from 60 to 90 degree Celsius while doing casual browsing.

That's where I found other issue related with undervolting.

For some reason, when you try to run a test in undervolting page in Gaming hub, it just freezes hub and doesn't do a thing.

I tried updating in Microsoft store (windows/hp-assistant showed none update available), but nothing have changed.

Is this a common issue? Is this normal?

I would like to know if there is any info to solve the situation I've described above.

Hello again. I am sorry for taking so long to reply.

I have checked HP Support Assistant, Windows Updater, and the Microsoft Store.

All available updates are installed, and everything is fresh. The temperature problem started a few months after I bought a laptop (in 2020), but I hadn't addressed it enough back then. Now that I have replaced the thermal paste and both problems are ongoing, I have started worrying.
