Dear HP Community,
I have a recently purchased HP Omen 15 dc-0006la laptop (product number; 2RJ30LA#ABM). The machine came with a 1Tb hard disk drive. I decided to install a 250Gb Solid Disk Drive and reinstalled Windows 10 Home to run from the new SSD.
After the reinstall, however, I noticed that some drivers and functions were missing from my machine (even after updating all drivers from the HP website for my laptop model).
1) Intel Rapid Share Technology (RTS), where the app says that the system is ready but no modules are detected:
2) More importantly, the machine is advertised as having turbo boost technology, allowing the machine to "overclock" from the base 2.2Ghz upto 4.10 Ghz. However, I have checked that no ITBM (Intel Turbo Boost Max) driver is installed, there is no system process for ITBM, it does not appear In Device Manager under System Devices (where it should be) and checking on System Properties I can see that the Processor only registers 2.20Ghz to 2.12Ghz:
After investigating online, I've learned that it's possible that some configurations need to be made in BIOS (for both issues). However, as is the case with my machine, I have also learned that HP locks the Advanced tab in BIOS (it is hidden) where the changes need to be made.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Support Community @mdmh84
1. That message just means that you do not have an Optane SSD installed.
2. ITB is an automatic function of your CPU and is not controllable by any BIOS settings.
