So I received this laptop about 2 years ago and it has run fine until about a month ago. It first started with not being able to run the multiple internet applications at a time (i.e. discord and an internet browser tab). Then I wasn't able to run even a single internet application. It is bad enough now that I can't even open up the browser without being met with a white loading screen.
I've tried a slew of tips I found online, most of which I can't even do because the internet is not working. So I can't check for updates (it just checks for updates forever), I can't trouble shoot the windows updates (trouble shooter did work for adapter and internet connection and found no issue), and yet the rest of the computer seems to run fine. I even tried a factory reset, opening the back to clear dust and fur out, and nothing has worked. The internet is still unusable. I'm stressed and sad and just really need some help, please.
