Product: HP OMEN 15-ek1200nd
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am wondering if 4-ZONE RGB is supported by HP OMEN 15-ek1200nd. In the product description (on Amazon where I purchased the machine) it states that this is the case, however when accessing Omen Gaming Hub and subsequently Omen Light Studio - my laptop isn't displayed in the customization menu.

I'm now starting to wonder if this feature is supported by my current model?

P.s. my Windows is fully updated

which says nothing about its keyboard. It should display as with my machine (different series)

It may not have 4-zones keyboard al all.
