HP Pavilion - 15-cd004no

In 2017 i thought that it was time for a new computer. I wanted a better laptop for gaming, and the laptop that was suggested for me was a HP Pavilion 15, so I bought one. Turned out to be a really big mistake. The new laptop Pavilion were so much slower than my old HP laptop from 2012 and I ended up still using that one instead of my new one for about 6 months just because I was so dissapointed.

So after 6 months I finally took the time and tried to make it work since i spended a lot of money on it. I got it to work decent but that wasn´t long lasting. Not even a year from when I bought it, it started to default. The screen was just black when pushing the on-button and nothing happened, so I had to send it in to get it fixed. They changed the hard drive and after that the laptop worked fine again... until the sound decided to not work anymore. So I had to re-install the drivers and thankfully they worked again.

Next 2 years my laptop has defaulted with blue screens, freezing so nothing works and black pop-ups random on the screen. When this happens all i can do is restart and pray for the best that it works. This can go on for 3-4 times restarting.

2021 when I´ve had the Pavilion for 4 years, the screen started to flicker from nowhere, almost causing epilepsy. So once again I had to get it fixed. This time they did´nt replace anything, just updated drivers.

Now my sound has again dissapered, but I can´t fix it with drivers, updates, etc. I´ve tried to reboot the laptop, but like the other times I´ve tried this, it doesn´t work. I don´t have warrantly left, and I really don´t want to spend any more money on my laptop since it only has caused me trouble though the years. So my question is, is this normal for a gaming laptop? Have I just  gotten a really bad copy? Can HP help me with anything? I feel like I´ve been promised way better when I bought it.
