When I opened my gaming laptop the green turn on button was already on so i waited until it booted up but no, it didn’t so I held the power button for 30 seconds so it can reboot but it didn’t it’s suck with the light on and no button works, the screen doesn’t show anything, the button doesn't glow, I even tried letting it sit until the power goes out and nothing works, HELP!!image.jpg

(1) Power off computer

(2Disconnect charger

(3Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4Connect charger

(5) Follow the HP standard procedure

Thank you very much, but I had to open the laptop from the bottom and unplugged the battery and plugged it back in then closed the cover
