When I open the omen command center ait shows me a message: "The instruction at 0x00007FFB82BF1747 referenced memory at 0x00000000000000108. the messahe could not be read/written.
click on OK to terminate the program".
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I did uninstall it and install it multiple times, searched for issues using the cmd, and increase the memory cache.

Hello @A-Ksaybati
I assume you meant you have the Hp Omen 17-an012 ? There is no anx012.
I have never seen that error with the OCC before and would have no idea what it means.
Your Omen command center version should be 8.1.3.0 at the moment I write this.
Once its been reinstalled, you have to go to Windows Updates and force it to search for more updates, even if it shows its up to date. Click on the Check for Updates button and do it a few times.
Then make sure your bios is up to date. Should be version F.19 Rev.A. sp96166.exe
Run the HP Support Assistant so see if it finds any drivers available.
Reboot and try the OCC again.
If not working still, make sure its turned on the Windows Services.
Scroll down to HP Omen HSA Services and make sure its Running Automatic.
If still no joy, I would reboot the PC into the UEFI Diagnostics and test the Memory, just to be sure its not giving an error.
F2 at power on will access the menu. If it offers Component Tests, choose that and go to Memory and run it.
