KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED boot loop HP Omen 15

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've facing blue screen KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED after updating windows and it makes my omen laptop bootloop, can't reach log in screen, can't boot to safe mode (even I use bootable windows with usb drive), can't do anything except enter BIOS configuration, that's make me frustated.

my omen laptop have latest bios version (F.32)

 

So, what should I do know.. help please. 😭

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and you are getting an error.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you restore the BIOS defaults following the steps in the below article.

After restoring the BIOS defaults, check whether the computer boots to Windows. If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article and perform a HP cloud recovery and check if it helps.
