Pavilion dk0011tx gaming

My laptop keep getting Bluescreen, not always but like 2 weeks once. The latest issue is system service exception which occur on 12.8.20. I'm not sure whether its from the update or software but it started from the first time I bought the laptop. The bluescreen also doesn't collect any data and simply getting blank in somecases. Fyi I has change the hdd to ssd nvme

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

I suggest you run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

 

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
 

If all the Tests pass please perform a Reset and let me know how it goes
