Product: OMEN MAX 16 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-ak0000 (A4UX1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Pressing certain keys(QWERASDF) while holding Spacebar doesn't register at all. The Omen 16 is marketed as having "26-Key Rollover anti-ghosting key technology" so I'm wondering if my Omen 16 MAX, being marketed as the upgrade form the 16, is defective.

What I've tried:
-Turning off sticky/filter keys
-Performing a hard power reset

-Uninstalling keyboard drivers

-Resetting Omen Gaming software

-Hp Chat support
