Hi everyone,
Yesterday I ran into an issue with my laptop’s headphone jack port, so I decided to disassemble my HP laptop to investigate. After putting everything back together and powering it on, I discovered that my keyboard backlight was no longer working. At first, I thought it might be related to the F5 or Fn keys, but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. I even disassembled it again to make sure the ribbon cable was properly connected, but it still won’t light up.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue or have any suggestions on what else I could try?
Thanks in advance!
