Hi!!!!!

 

I have two issues 

Keyboard + POWER On Off Button Lights are  On after shutdown / HP Support Assistant Crashes and disappears

I reviewed your post and I understand that some of the keyboard keys stay on even after shutting down the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Do you shut down the computer or put the computer to sleep?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp97001-97500/sp97145.exe

 

For the HP support assistant issue, I recommend you uninstall HP support assistant and then download and install it from the below link.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95226.exe

I have updated the BIOS and HP support assistant is also working after reinstall.

I am reporting this issue after i shut down and not sleep or hibernate or anything else 

 

I will report later if the problem is still there because this happens occasionally
