For a few months two keys on my keyboard have been very unresponsive as in I have to press the same key over and over to get it to respond then it would just fail to respond after not being used for like a couple of seconds. I was wondering if I can get these keys replaced or fixed somehow.
Note: My S key is unresponsive most of the time and my Q key is just broken not being able to respond anymore so I used a on screen keyboard to use the keys.

Hello @Mysticuwu
I assume you are out of warranty.
When keys go out on a laptop keyboard, you pretty much have to replace the keyboard. Its a sealed unit.
The part number for it is... 929478-001
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=929478-001
It includes the whole top cover and touchpad and its a rather daunting task. Also, its very pricey from HPs parts store. So you have to decide if its worth it to replace or just use an external keyboard.
