OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xd0000 (758R2AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

So my laptop has 4 zones of rgb but weirdly enough the first zone is not working. when i try to assign color to only that zone keyboard goes black like there's no light underneath the keycaps. WASD works just fine and the other zones also works fine but first zone acts like there's no rgb. First i thought it could be a software bug but i've done many things to solve this problem but i couldn't.

So far i tried updating BIOS to latest,

Updating Windows to latest. Even getting the 24H2 preview update.

Updating every single software to latest.

Uninstalling and reinstalling omen software and light studio.

Reinstalling the Windows that came with the PC.

I don't know what else to do now. I bought this laptop 3 months ago. It doesn't make sense that such a new device would have hardware problem like this.

I've added some pictures below. When i select the first zone keyboard goes pitch black no light whatsover. When i select any other 3 zones (in this case i've added the WASD area) the keyboard lights work fine as they should.

You're help is appreciated. I'm hoping I'ts on me that I'm missing something here.
