Same problem as others have. Keyboard lit up on first boot. Second boot, no keyboard light at all. Cannot find the alleged Omen control board that the online support claims exists. Cannot find any way to turn the light back on or to change its color, despite the allegation that those options exist. Seriously. This thing is brand new. I like it. But I want keyboard light, and not red. How hard can something this basic be?

Looks like your machine does not have 4-zones keyboard, it only has red otherwise you should see something similar to the following image as default

Did you upgrade/downgrade your machine ? You did not give me information what is it.
My machine is running OCC version 10.4.6.0, which version is on your machine ? Again please try
(a) Open Windows Store,
(b) Search for Omen Command Center
(c) Select Update or Launch
