Keyboard not responding / working in roblox

I have had this laptop for a month now and I had this issue even from the start. Sometimes (pretty often) when I want to play Roblox and I enter a game the keyboard doesnt respond at all. I play other games besides roblox as well and for every one untill now they have all been working. I only have this problem with roblox and one time it works other times it doesnt work. How do I fix this issue? I need help asap please.

Yeah same thing happens to me, when i playing a games.
