hello i accidently ripped off my keys and i need to know the version of the keyboard or the type of the keys, and if there anyone who can help me find a replacement keys for those and here is some pics of the hinge, the keys that are ripped off are the caps lock key and the x key, they are working fine tho, i guess the clips on the key cap with the letter on it is broken so i just want to know if i can find anyone who can sell me just those or the whole key with hinge, thank you so much.X keyX keyCaps lock keyCaps lock keyRGB keyboard W/BRGB keyboard W/B

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I would like to inform you that, you need to replace the entire keyboard on the computer as replacing only the keys is not an option from HP.

 

You can contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
