Hello ,

i’m using HP omen 15 Serial : [Personal Information Removed]and the keybord does not appear in the zone, how can i fix that ?

Firstly does your machine have 4-zones keyboard ?

 

(a) If YES, please use Windows Store to update Omen Gaming Hub. You should be able to see

 

         OCC zone.png

 

and when click LIGHT STUDIO it will install the first time for you and should look similar to the following image

 

        light studio.png

 

(b) If NO, your machine does not support Lighting
