Lagging on Victus laptop

My Victus by HP 16,1 is lagging in games. Sometimes it happens after a couple of minutes, sometimes it happens all the time.

Yesterday I uninstalled Omen gaming hub and I played Elden Ring without lagging for hours! So it's not because of heating, but it is lagging today.  I can't understand how is this possible and I have been  trying to fix this for days... All of my drivers are updated btw. (The games I play are Elden Ring, Dying Light and Road 96 which is a low graphic game but I play it in 20 fps...)

I see that you are facing issues with your Victus By HP 16.1 Inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-D1 (53F54AV) wherein there is a lag while playing games. 

I suggest that you follow steps from this document. (Click on the word document).

Also, I suggest that you install the critical updates from HP Support Assistant from this link (Click on the word link).
