I got a 2020 omen 15 from the HP canada website and it arrived last week, the Canadian site shows that the RAM has a clock speed of 2933 MHz, when it arrived the system had 2 sticks of 8GB RAM, one was 1 8GB 2667 MHz Samsung and 1 8GB 3200 MHz Micron stick, so the system was running at 2667 MHz. When I tried to reach out to customer support they transferred me to technical support and they transferred me back and that went on for a while, I have been trying to contact them for several days but I have been getting nowhere. I also tried to post a review of this laptop bringing up this issue (laptop is overall amazing except for this and screen flex) and it has not been posted, I have spent over a total of 10 hours with customer support with no clear answer.

Its specs

I've got no idea how 16 GB DDR4-2933 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB) comes from. Could be due to typoes
My 2 cents
Regards.
