Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I hit caps lock a icon pops up saying caps lock on caps lock off and I went to control panel and a lot of other apps been trying to get rid of it for hours someone help me please

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
