Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently bought an omen 17 customized the computer will run fine when i do anything else but the moment i play any game i'm currently playing it will freeze mid game black screen then restart like a regular bootup sequence can anyone help me

 

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz

does your laptop overheat? it can be overheat problems did you check the temperature while playing? using msi afterburner?

It seems to be a Distributed com error 10016 from what event viewer is saying anyone have any fixes that are recent?
