For almost two weeks now—ever since a recent update, though I’m not sure which one—I’ve been dealing with repeated instances of my laptop screen freezing and then resuming exactly where it left off. It doesn’t skip frames; it just locks up and then continues as if nothing happened. I’m out of ideas, and it’s becoming incredibly frustrating.
I spoke with Support Assist over the phone and was told to manually update my firmware, which was already up to date. I’ve also tried rolling back to previous graphics driver versions, but that didn’t help either. It’s worth noting that these freezes happen even during simple, everyday tasks, not just while gaming.
I’d really appreciate any assistance in resolving this.

Yeah I saw this exact tip from you on another post discussing the same issue. Tried it and it worked.
