Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

So i bought a hp victus gaming laptop a month back of following specs:

Ryzen 5, 8gb ram, 512 ssd, rtx 1650 graphics card, 144hz screen

First 3 weeks it worked really smooth but since last few days the left part of my laptop near mouse pad is vibrating and i can smell like something is burning in my laptop.

I informed hp support about it and they said a technician will visit my place today but no one came.
