Hello, suddenly my HP Pavilion Gaming laptop (model 15, product ak090nz) cannot charge its battery. I have tried to uninstall the battery controler (Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System) and it didn't solve my issue. Is there any test I can perform to check whether I should change my battery, or if it is a software issue?
Thanks and regards,
Léonore
