Hello hp community

I have a problem when i play games on battery power the cpu ghz is at aroun 4ghz and gpu core clock is around 1920mhz but when i plugged the charger in the cpu speed goes to 0.79ghz and the gpu coreclock goes to 300mhz please tell me what's the problem is and how to fix it..!?
