Dear HP Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am experiencing overheating issues with my HP laptop and I am planning to service the cooling system. I would like to replace the thermal pads used on the VRAM/VRM components, but I want to ensure I use the correct specifications recommended by HP.

Could you please let me know:

- The correct thermal pad thickness (in mm) used in my laptop model
- The components where thermal pads are applied (VRAM, VRM, etc.)
- Any specific recommendations or precautions for thermal pad replacement

My laptop details are:
Model: HP VICTUS 15(15-fb0082AX)
Product Number / Serial Number:(edited)

Your guidance will help me avoid improper installation and prevent potential hardware damage.

Thank you for your time and support.

Kind regards,
Mohan
