@AnkyMP This might or might not help but lets see if it does.
First, turn off Hibernation.
Open a command prompt as Administrator.
Type or Copy/Paste this line: powercfg –h off and hit the Enter key.
Close the command Prompt.
Now with the laptop turned off and unplugged, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
Plug the cord in and fully charge it.
Turn the laptop on and see how it performs.

Hi
Thank you very much for your replies, next time it happens i will try your advise, i actually have the problem fixed by have the windows reseted but keeping all of my personal files. fortunately there isnt a lot of my personal apps installed since the laptop is new. I need the laptop urgently that is why i was hoping for a quick solution and resetting seems like working right now.
but i dont want it to happen again.. it was quite a hassle, any idea perhaps why do that happens? Maybe hardware or software error? And how to avoid it from happening again?
After resetting i checked my laptop power plan default settings it seems like when it reached 7% percent my laptop will automatically hibernate it self. Meaning it went to hibernate mode (with all the apps running in the background) when it was on 7% battery not 0% ...
Any idea ? Any suggestions on what things to check or repair (when happen again) is appreciated or maybe there are other apps from HP that i can use to check and repair instead of resetting the laptop again if that happens.
really appreciate your advise as i am not at all understand how laptop works and not expert on its software either. Thank you in advance.

If you reset windows and its not happening now, you are probably good to go.
"when it reached 7% percent my laptop will automatically hibernate it self"
Yes that is the default setting windows has to keep any work you might be doing, from deleting. You don't necessarily want to let the battery go to absolute zero charge all the time. My rule of thumb is, when I'm at my desk using it, I keep it plugged in, especially if I'm gaming. It throttles the system while gaming on battery only, to save power. But your game performance will take a hit also. Its not going to damage the battery using it plugged in.
I don't know exactly why it was having slow issues, ergo why the trouble shooting tips I started with. No other Apps you can download for this. But I don't think its going to be a problem.
If the Reset wiped the Gaming Hub and you need it back, let me know.
