Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop suddenly shuts down showing " sorry we ran into a problem". It makes a buzzing sound and then the screen turns black and  shuts down on it's own. This happened thrice.What should I do?

My suggestion: Perform a CLEAN install Windows 10 using the following tool.

                                  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

to create ISO file then mount ISO file as DVD drive and run Setup from there. At the beginning, you need to make sure to keep ALL users files/programs otherwise it will clear your hard drive

 

After that, run Windows updates few times. Windows will activate itself automatically when you come online using the key which is embedded in BIOS of your machine.
