Omen Laptop 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello community, I have a problem with my old Omen Laptop. So the situation is that the laptop no longer start up. I was using the laptop in the morning and i got a delivery of a new battery to replace the old one. I shut down the Omen Laptop but when it was shutting down, it did not seem to shut down copmpletely. The screen was black but the lights and fans were still running . I left it alone for 30mins and came back to see that it was still a black screen with only lights and fans running. This is when i went ahead and held down the power button until the light and fans turned off. After that, I removed the old battery and replaced it with the new one. After, I tried to power it on but nothing happened. I tried holding the power button for 10 seconds and nothing happened.  This is when I assumed that the battery that they sent me was in need of charging. I plugged in the power cable to charge it and left it for 1 hour. I came back and tried to power it on but it did not power on. At this point i assume they sent me a faulty battery so, I tried placing my old battery in to confirm this. I went ahead and place the old battery in and resumed to power it on. However, it did not power on at all. So I am hoping if you can help me with this problem.

Thank you in advance
