Hi,
I recently purchased a HP pavilion gaming laptop from walmart. As soon as I tried to use it the device powers but does not work. I tried to hold on the power button for 15 sec but nothing works... And also those listed on hp website doesn't seem to work either. Any help would be highly appreciated. And it's a brand new laptop got its warranty solid.....
Thanks,
Gopi

Hello @Gopinath94
Are you saying you get a black screen even though the laptop is running? You tried to do a hard reset and it doesnt work still.
I believe Walmart gives you 15 days to return the computer for a refund or exchange. Otherwise, you should contact HP Support for a warranty issue.
