Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1050ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop shuts down sometimes all of a sudden, without any warnings. I happens when connected to AC power and when there is some load on CPU/GPU like running a game. It has happened quite a few times now, but it runs fine when I turn ON the laptop again after a few minutes while connected to the AC power. Every component has passed in the fast scan and the battery check is also fine in the individual test. Please help.

HP Recommended

e faced the same problem with my gaming laptop and called customer care. they have sent a technician to fix the issue. He has changed some parts and fixed the issue.
