Laptop touchpad would stop working

while playing a game so I went to blue tooth and devices and to touch pad and clicked off and when I tried to turn it on it won't work, I can't turn it on. My cursor is right on the place I clicked off on and won't move .I hit enter hoping it will go on but nothing.How do i move my cursor?how do I turn my touch pad back on? I'm very bad at technology.I'm a senior I have no idea what i'm doing , obviously l o l. Someone please help.
