Hi, this is my second post since the first one got dropped after few weeks of email with support with no answer.

So, my 4 zone backlight was working and i was able to control it the first day i turned it on after buying it, But the next day when i started it I saw the keyboard flash for a split second and it has not been turning on since. Pretty much a month now, tried reinstaling drivers, Omen Gamig Hub, Omen Light Studio, resseting windows, everything is up to date. OGH and OLS no matter where i press on the keyboard it now selects the entire keyboard as if its now 1 zone and yes i tried Fn+F4(It worked the first day). The tiny lights on F5,F11,Caps Lock and Power button do work, but not RGB itself.
