I am getting low benchmark results on various benchmark tools(CPUX, CPUBenchmark) the scores my laptop gave were too less than what is the actual one. I have tried all diagnostics of HP but none helped me they didn't improve the scores of benchmarks. I would like to know if it is only me having this issue or else its with every laptop with the specifications I had. I have gone through some videos on youtube they had the same CPU but had higher score for their CPU. I am thinking I am having a problem in my CPU. And the support team is talking to me from 2 days they were always talking about storage in order improve the scores but I am performing only CPU benchmarks. I am under the warranty period and I am not sure if the problem get solved soon before it expires.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing CPU issues with the HP Omen Laptop PC getting low benchmark results on various benchmark tools.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
If issue still persist then run the system test using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI to rule out other hardware issues.
Click Start or restart the computer. Press F2 repeatedly during start up to enter the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility. Select System Test> Click Run Once.
If the test passed, continue to restore a computer back to the factory default using Reset PC from windows, which will isolate whether it’s a software or hardware issue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

How old is the laptop? I would check your CPU temp when running the benchmark. Most benchmarks also have a stress test function or you can use Prime95. If it's an old computer, try cleaning out the fans and radiator fins with compressed air. Your CPU may be thermal throttling. If you can monitor and record your clock speed, that will let you know if it's not running at it's max specified
