I bought my laptop three weeks ago from vatancomputer in Turkey manisa. One day later I noticed that screen of it has light bleed too much on black screen and gave laptop to vatancomputer they sent it to your sevice “arena bilgisayar” in istanbul. However service sent laptop and noted that “ there is no problem on screen screen is ips and ips screen has light bleed it is normal. This problem is annoyingme and ı cannot use laptop at room which has low light. Would you help me urgently?

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
