So I just checked the device start up and I realized that the BIOS somehow has BIOS time longer than ususal. I used to have an Asus laptop that boot up in just 3 secs while BIOS time is around 1-3 secs. Both of the laptop using samsung NVMe SSD but somehow the BIOS time on Omen laptop takes about 4 seconds. This occured when I update the BIOS from F.06 to F.08A. I hope the future BIOS update can fix this.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Let's try these steps:
- Type power option in the search box from Start, then click "Power & Sleep settings".
- Click "Choose what the power button does".
- Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable".
- Untick "Turn on fast startup (recommended)". ...
- Reboot your Windows 10 and check to see if it boots quickly.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi, I have already turned on the Fast boot but still, it doesn't boot faster. I believe it's because of the BIOS, After the update the boot up time is slower and the BIOS time is 4s average, as shown on the task manager (picter on the first post). I believe this is the BIOS problem not the windows problem.
