Thank you for your reply.
My issue is that my trackpad is loose—exactly like the one shown in this other video. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHY6_oatLuE ) I notice that even 8 years after the video was posted, HP still hasn't found a solution to fix this issue. I paid €1300 for this PC, and honnestly at that price, I didn't expect such a cheap-feeling trackpad.
I was wondering if this is a common issue with all HP Omen laptops, or if it's just mine?
