I bought a gaming laptop from hp and see the charge on my credit card. I may have accidentally erased he email that had all the details about the laptop. I have lost the laptop and the Lost and Found department is asking for its model number. How can I find the model number of my lost hp? I bought it directly from hp.

Once you sign in, you should be able to check your order history, view any purchases you’ve made, and download the invoice or locate the model details you need for the Lost and Found department.
If you have any trouble finding the information online, I recommend calling the contact number provided on the HP Store website, the team there can help you locate your order and provide the exact model information.
