Product: HP ZBook Create G7 Notebook PC (8YP92AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My gpu (rtx 2070 super with max-Q) and cpu (i7-10850H) are well good enough for gaming at least at 1080p/60 fps.
But whenever I run a game the FPS never goes past 40 even at the lowest settings.
The clock speed is below 1000MHz, the gpu wattage never goes past 30W and also the gpu core voltage is locked at 0.606V.
I have tried reinstalling drivers via DDU, tweaking Nvidia settings to maximum performance, and undervolting seemed to cut the clock speed in half.
I'm at my wits end here so I really need some help.
