Microsoft Windows 11

I have a mixed feeling with this laptop and I dont want to return it as i have emotional connection with this, but i am dissapointed by the performance and temps of this laptop. The laptop is in performance mode(omen gaming hub) when i play games, even though its in performance mode, in fortnite i get 60 fps with 144hz refresh rate and performance mode in fortnite(settings). Another example is a game called ready or not. The max fps i got for less than 2 seconds was 101 fps and did not cross that, i saw the fps go as low as 3-13.Screenshot 2024-07-14 174517.pngScreenshot 2024-07-14 174658.pngScreenshot 2024-07-14 181436.pngScreenshot 2024-07-15 123403.pngoverheating over whatsapp and other basic websitesoverheating over whatsapp and other basic websitessame thing as last photosame thing as last photoScreenshot 2024-07-15 192252.png

Please check to see if all you drivers are updated. Also you can run a few commands (windows+ R then type prefetch and delete all) (windows +R then type %temp% and delete all.

You can also press ctrl+shift+ esc and navigate to startup apps and disable anything you don't regularly use

Also 60° is not really hot..
