I recently bought an OMEN 15 DC-0000NS which came with FreeDOS, so I installed a copy of Windows 10 Pro. Upon booting it into Windows for the first time, I noticed that the OMEN logo that appears on startup has an extremely low resolution (something like 64x64 pixels blown up to the laptop's native resolution of 1080p). It's not like the overall resolution during boot is low either, because the loading animation that appears right below the low-res logo is actually displayed at the correct resolution.
This happens after installing all drivers (including a firmware update that I did twice, just to be sure) as well. I know for a fact that OMEN 15s that come with Windows preinstalled correctly display the logo, so there should be a solution.

Let's continue with the troubleshooting steps now.
Try updating the BIOS, chipset and graphics drivers on the PC to the latest version and check if it helps.
Update the BIOS using this link. Click Here
Update the chipset drivers using this link. Click Here
Also, update the graphics driver using this link. Click Here
Update the Display Adapter driver.
- Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
- Select Device Manager.
- Expand Display Adapter.
- Right on the Display Adapter and click on Update driver software.
Please follow the below steps to change the resolution of the screen and check:

Type Change screen resolution in the Search box from the desktop.

Under Resolution search for the Recommended resolution and click on Apply.

A windows pops up saying "Keep these display settings", then select Keep changes.
Lastly, try restoring the BIOS to default and check if it helps.
1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

Unfortunately your solution didn't work out. As I pointed out on my original message, all drivers are installed (and they're also up to date). Still, I reinstalled the ones you linked but the problem persists.
As for your other steps, I followed them as well to no avail. As I stated before the only problem is the OMEN logo, all other graphics display at the correct resolution, so I don't think it's a driver problem or a hardware malfunction, just a problem in the OMEN logo file itself.
This is further demonstrated by the fact that you can use a variety of third party apps (for example, HackBGRT) to change the image to another one of any resolution, and the result looks perfectly. So if you could simply provide the high res version of the logo that would be enough to fix my problem.

As we have exhausted with all the steps. You can try one last step, try performing a system reset on the PC and check if it helps.

Thanks for answering so quickly; however I feel that it's unlikely that a factory reset would help with my problem (given that it appears before Windows is loaded) and even if it did, I prefer to have a bad looking boot animation than to have to go through the trouble of reinstalling and reconfiguring everything.
But as I said before, if you could share with me a high res version of the UEFI OMEN logo it would be greatly appreciated and I would consider my issue solved.
