OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 (509W0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

HP Omen sound very faint with 100% sound volume and equalizer also max'd and checked error logs and the sound driver is causing the system to lock up.  Then updated all drivers and the latest BIOS as of (8/13/2022).  Setup recovery drive and backed up all files.  Running Windows 11 Pro.  Still no improvement in sound (tried sound through laptop speakers, bluetooth devices and USB speakers - just very faint sound with full volume.

Hello @Jupitershines2

<sigh> 😥

If you have followed the instructions exactly and there is still no improvement, the possibilities are exhausted...

HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support ( Technician should fix it )

HP warranty expired:

Difficult case, this can have several causes:
- Sound chip error ( motherboard )
- Partially damaged loudspeakers
- General electronic problem ( motherboard )
...

You should have it < serviced > by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.

Good luck
